Traveling from Quinta to Quinta, from place to place, on every location, we make a custom-made food experience for every event or retreat. 

Our Pirates Kitchen concept is an experience beyond food itself. It is a celebration of life, of connecting and a creation of good memories. That's our mission.

Cooking Workshops


With Pirates Kitchen 'Atelier Culinair' we develop cooking workshops, where we prepare together beautiful and delicious Pirates Kitchen menus. After cooking we will have a dinner together, to enjoy the beautiful dishes we made. 

The workshops are focussed on fun, creativity, cooking skills and presentation.

Every day begins with a healthy and diverse breakfast buffet, offering a selection of fresh rolls, delicious toppings, creamy yoghurt, and seasonal fruits to fuel your creativity and keep you energized.


For lunch, we provide a light and satisfying meal — from warming soups to hearty sandwiches or fresh meal salads. On excursion days, we’ll pack a generous picnic basket so you can enjoy your lunch surrounded by nature and good company.


In the evenings, gather around for our beloved 2-course Pirate’s Kitchen Dinners, where global flavors meet home-cooked heart.

Luxury Dinners

A Journey Of Flavors At The Country House


This summer 2025, the manor in Pisão, near Côja, hosts a tasting dinner on selected dates in August and September. 

Limited to 32 guests, it’s a culinary journey through some of the world’s most flavourful regions, set in the charm of a restored country house of Portugal’s rural aristocracy. 

Dinners are served in the salons or gardens—an original and refined way to enjoy summer evenings.
