We are the perfect match to make food for your Retreats 

We understand that you fully want to be concentrated on the workshop part of your retreat. We are exited to take care everything on the food part. Our food is delicious, healthy and colorful. We can make 1-course dishes but also dinners with 3 or more courses. On this page you will find some examples.

Food with Flowers

Breakfast:

Every day we will start with a healthy smoothy.

We can offer a varying breakfast such as multigrain breakfast pancakes with fresh fruit,

Yogurt bowl with cerials and fruit, oatmeal with banana, scrambled, boiled or fried eggs with bread. Slices of  bread what can be topped with cheese/ham/jam and veggies.

Some ideas for Lunch:

Poke bowl with quinoa with all kinds of different vegetables and nuts etc. smoked salmon.


Soup of the season:

  • a chestnut soup on top some mushroom
  • a little spicy pumpking soup
  • a French onion soup



all with salad and bread on the side


Quiche Lorraine / Quiche vegetarian with a delicious salad and dressing.


Example 1 for 3-course Dinner:

Surinamese/Indonesian

Starter:
Green Coconut Curry Soup


Main dish:  Surinamese bami, with sweet-sour cucumber salad,

home-made Sambal Badjak, peanut butter sauce and vegetables.


Meat dish: Sateh Ketjap Manis


Desert: Spekkoek (layered cake) and Goelong Goelong (Coconut

pancake) with fruit salad and cream.

Example 2 for a 3-course Dinner:

Caribbean

Starter :
Jamaican jerk chicken or Tempeh salad - A spicy, zesty blend of flavours, or Spicy Cuban banana Soup - Velvety warm soup with a tropical kick.


Main Course :  Jamaican honey garlic salmon or Grilled Caribbean Vegetarian Kebabs, paired with spicy mashed sweet potatoes and tangy Cole slaw.


Dessert: Mango Mousse with cream

Example 3 for a 3-course Dinner:

Starter:
Sweet potato&beetroot tower with burrata, walnuts and North-African Pesto


Main dish: Vegetable tagine with saffron, apricots, couscous &

roasted almond, with Muhammara (Paprika-walnut-pomegranate

dip) and bread


Meat dish:  Tunesian Harissa Chicken


Desert: Date chocolate caramel pie
